I just received a message from a client. Apparently, the MX890 now has a reversed LCD image. They sent a picture which at first glance I thought they took a reversed image picture but looking closer, it's the LCD display that is backwards not anything else.
Any ideas how this happened or how to correct the issue? My first thought is to factory reset and re-load the programming file. Just wondering if there was something that could be done without having to do that.
(Don't know how to post an image here but if I find out, I will post the picture the client sent.
