Updated CCP and now I can repeat the error and get the following on the MX-6000: Fatal Application Error Application RC.EXE has performed an illegal operation and will be shut down. If the problem persists, contact the program vendor. Program: RC.EXE Exception: 0xC0000005 Address: 000316B0 Happens every time without fail. Not sure why, but have a heavy nested If...Else that may be the cause. Update to follow

it appears it was the lengthy set of nested if...else statements. I'll have to try some alternative logic to get around this

One of my customers has the exact same issue. However, I did not use any if/else statements or nest any macros in their program. It's pretty straight forward, but does use a PSX-2.

Thank you, Damon DG Control Systems Consultant & Programmer Damon, I'll try strip down the ccp file and see if I can reproduce with a simple few commands.

Talk to Joe at URC. He may want that remote to test and see if there is a specific issue.
Is this remote one of the first batches shipped by URC?
Thank you, Damon DG Control Systems Consultant & Programmer

Thank you, Damon DG Control Systems Consultant & Programmer Sorry - I've been out of contact for a while. Not sure as to age, but can send info. Purchased through dealer in SC, but its now here with me in the jungle. Be a bit of a pain to send back, but can be done. Joe's contact details?

did you fix fatal application error? if so how Tom, the error went away. I did remove a large amount of code and simplified things. I also updated the CCP software around the time. Since then, the error has not manifested again. I'd suggest reloading the the remote with updated CCP software (making sure you re-save the configuration). Hope this helps
