Hey Guys. I have started programming the setup for my new MX-980 in the URC Editor Software. Seems pretty straight forward, really liking the logic functions (If/else and declaring variables) - very slick. But I am trying to do something that I cant seem to find the function for and I am hoping I am just blind.

My current remote is a Phillips Pronto TSU7000 (upgrading because I am tired of the lack of hard buttons). With it, there was a function to return to the previous screen when navigating. So, for example, if I am on a "Watch TV" Screen and I need to adjust, say, the color setting on the tv for some odd reason, I would create a button called "Setup" that would jump to a completely different device dedicated to the TVs button. Then when I am done with the change, I would hit a "Return" button which would bring me back to the exact same screen with the "Setup" button. That "Return" button is the key - the Pronto software has a function designed to just back one page wherever and whatever it was.

Can that be done on the MX-980? I was looking at the Jump functions and I understand what Device +/- and Page +/- do. But what does Navigate +/- do? Could that be the functionality I am looking for? I tried it but it didnt seem to do anything. I read the MX-3000 documentation and didnt see anything in there that explains what they do very well.

Thanks for any help
Ernie

Navigate back is exactly the function you are looking for (Think of it has the forward and back button on your web browser, whatever page you were on last Navigate - will take you back
You win some, you loose some...

Thanks Rjr. I figured it had to be it but I guess it doesnt work on the simulator. I will try it on the remote itself.
