So... Has URC given up on upgrading the MX 3000? An number of companies at CEDIA 2007 are coming up with 2 way pro remotes.... It seems that URC is quite silent on the subject... The MX 3000 is no OLD TECHNOLOGY.... Any insights as to when they are going to upgrade it?

No they have not given up on the 2-way remote. They have been making sure it is going to work right before they are ready to show it.
