I was having problems with my computer so I flattened the hard drive and started over again. As part of the process I reinstalled the Complete Control Suite. When I attach the usb to download a mx-3000 file I get a message that says "Not exist RCManager.exe" and there is no green circle that normally shows on the taskbar. The USB with my MX-900 works fine as well as the usb with my MSC-400. I tried uninstalling CCS and reinstalling it but still have the same problem. Was wondering if someone could offer some words of wisdom.
Thanks
Pete

Live Update the CCS. If that doesn't work, reinstall the MX-3000 Editor separately. Let me know if any of that does the trick. Thank you, Damon DG = = = = = http://www.ProRemotes.com - Authorized Dealer & Remote Programming Services

Damon great suggestion. I uninstalled the MX-3000 and then reinstalled it. The active sync install then came up which didn't happen before. This must have been the problem.
Thanks!
