Welcome to RC and many thanks for pointing me in the direction of yet another brand of remote control. Whether I can be of any help to you, however, remains to be seen.

I would imagine your remote is a device that's been sourced from the far east (the layout follows a fairly standard pattern) but I've been unable to find an exact match. Furthermore, the brand/codes listed in the programming example are unfamiliar to me (unlike the brand/codes listed for the models 10087 and 10133, which again are fairly common far eastern set).

I'll carry on looking, but in the meantime, have you tried searching for the code?
