I found solution:
Signal level coming to DVR was too high. I had to turn level down and move flasher to cover only about 20% of opening(window for IR) in front of DVR. Did some experiments, and now I got 100% accurate control. Yes, I sat there, and sent over 150 commands controlling DVR, and no single failure!
DRV's are so picky!
DVRs in general require you to reduce the IR gain. That is why when using the 260 I always put the DVR on line 1 or 2. This is true for most DVRs we have installed. Glad you figured it out. Welcome to the world of RF control.
