I'm trying to program ELAM VIA touch panels and they utilize BMP files which are approximately 40 x 30 buttons and approximately 150 Kb. in size.
I have the entire list of XM and Sirius radio station icons but I need a free or cheap as possible program which I can use to re-size the height and width, adjust the image size and change from JPEG to Bitmap, etc. to fit the ELAN panels.
I know that the image will not be crystal clear and easy to read but I'd like to complete this job anyway.
I need the help does anybody have any good suggestions or ideas
