Thanks...will try that.
However.......literally minutes after posting the above the pronto returned to normal. (for now)
Out of interest, were can I find the previous firmware !

P.S. May have a problem using previous firmware, as I am using the latest version of "Pronto Squeeze" which uses PEP 2.3........In fact only just upgraded, so wonder if this has anything to do with the problem.
