It happens and a lot actually. Especially if you are a dealer that does big jobs. Lutron knows what they are doing and if you are a big dealer they get out of their way to support you. We were bidding on a big commercial project and they sent people - this is in another country - to be with us in the first meeting and presentation and they also checked our proposals.

It is also not uncommon in Europe to send people in another country to solve problems in big jobs and help the dealer complete the project - even residential ones. And they do this free if you have a good relationship with them.
