You need to tell us a lot more about what you want to do.
You don't "convert" hex codes to CCF files. You just use a hex code within a CCF, PCF or XCF. It is as simple as copying and pasting.
By the way, this forum is for the Pronto 9600 which uses XCF files not CCF files, though you can import a CCF into an XCF.
