Sorry, my frustration was not aimed at you. This thread
just reminded me frustrating it is to be a URC customer
from Canada. It's ridiculous that URC pays so little attention
to this market. As far as I'm concerned, the way the Canadian
market is being treated is worse than not having any Canadian
retailers/distributors.
As far as Borderfree, if you can make it work it would
address your past experience with unpaid fees. Borderfree
collects everything from the buyer at the time of purchase
including duties and applicable sales taxes. No rude surprises
when UPS shows up at your door wanting $40 more which
is likely the kind of thing that caused the problem in
the first place.
