Here's what I'd do, in this exact order. Call the ebay
seller and let them know you will not be accepting the
package delivery. Do not accept the package and have
it returned to sender. Tell ebay seller you want a refund
less the shipping charges they incurred. If they don't
agree, dispute the charge on your credit card with product
never received as the reason and leave them negative feedback
(to make yourself feel a little better).
Ok I did what you told me. I told the ebayer that I will not accept the delivery and want a refund less shipping. I also left a message to Coolbuy (Authorized dealer in Canada and I think that's the only one) to figure out what my options are. Since the software was'nt mentioned in the description I'm kind of screwed-up, Am I? And if I do return the MX-980 I won't be able to dispute the charge on my credit card (they will see the package got sent back).
