As I said before, though, URC tech support provided the updateable software to us as a "courtesy" once they'd asked for and received from us the receipt showing that our institution had purchased from "B&H Photo, Video, and Pro Audio".
Unfortunately, by that time my technician had decided it was easier to just teach all the commands than to use their out-of-date IR database.
