Thanks for the replies. I was right clicking on the program but I wasn't seeing anything about compatibility mode but I figured out what I was missing.
- Right-click ProntoEdit NG Setup.
- Choose Properties.
- Click the Compatibility Tab.
- Check the checkbox next to Run this program in compatibility mode for:.
- Choose Windows XP (Service Pack 2) from the drop down menu.
- Click OK
- Run ProntoEdit NG Setup.
I was able to install the program, connect my TSU3000 and communicate with it just fine.
