Thanks for the info, Daniel. I tried plugging the docking station to another USB port, but that didn't work. If I plug the USB cable directly to the TSU7000, my TSU7000 is recognized properly by Windows and the Pronto editor.
In my DS3000, the two leftmost pins are the same length. In my TSU7000 docking station, one of the two leftmost pins is shorter than the other. I wonder if that's the problem.
