The commands on the sony were pretty much the same as the last bunch of Projectors for the last 10 years...

Personally after having worked with both I would take the JVC RS1 over the Sony VW50.

All the codes are on the JVC remote and the rest are not hard to generate. But every code you need for a universal remote is right there.

I also preferred the picture from the JVC. It costs a little bit more then the Sony but I thought it worth it.

BTW DLP is still my fav.
