Thanks for the information. I eradicated the set-up from my computer and re-installed it under the administrator profile. I plugged into the computer USB directly with the same results. The 7500 is in the docking station. The unit locks up with the corrupt configuration. The only way to unlock it is to reload the firmware and configuration. I'll try reviving a 98 computer and try running it from there. Any idea if having both prontoedit and prontoproedit on the same machine would create an issue? I'm grasping at straws
