It may be due to using an old version of ProntoEdit or Firmware with a newer version of the other one.

For example latest FW version v3.8.17 requires PPENG 2.1.1 at minimum and latest PPENG v2.1.8 requires FW version v3.8.16 at a minimum so updating one but not the other can cause problems.

My previous post was a guess and not a definite but glad it works now.

Make sure you've upgraded to newest versions of FW and Editor it shouldn't happen again (if thats what it was)

The first thing I did with my 3000 was make sure I had newest versions of both FW and software. You can get both from the files section up there ^^^
