This is really one of the silliest omissions from iProntoEdit, ProntoEdit NG and ProntoProEdit NG. When it opens a file, the software already has each and every bitmap available and decompressed. The absolute only thing a "Save As" option would have to do is COPY the file from the temp directory to one the user chooses.
