Always on Broadband. Like you I'm appalled at the service but it's not the first time the dealer has shjwon their true colours :(

Also, I wouldn't hold your breath for Philips. I truly believe they couldn't give a damn about us Pronto users and believe they now see the iPronto as a thorn in their side. I'd love to be proven wrong but I don't think I will be.
