I understand Andrew's frustation.. I am also having the same problems.. I would set up the ipronto and netx to work the equipment using a Netgear router.. They will loose connection with each other within hours or at the very least overnight.. I usually have to reset all pieces in the system (ipronto, netx, and router) to get everything back online again..

I have been on the phone with Philips 5-6 times.. I have replaced both the ipronto and the netx. The only thing that has not changed is the netgear router..

They have raised my case up to the next level of tech, to see if the ipronto, netx, and netgear router dont like working with each other. I have yet to get an answer back from them..
