(might be obvious but...) you need to add buttons to your page in ProntoEdit.

Create the button you'd like to use in a graphics package like Photoshop (or at a push MS Paint) and save as a .gif or .bmp file

Go to 'insert button' and find your design

Position the button on the page and click save.

Upload the new page to your iPronto.
