I have a cust. who owns an iPronto that no longer turns off (the power button does not seem to work) and it will not get on to the internet or talk to my laptop anymore. We have tried all the settings in the setup and it all looks right. Any suggestions? or does this sound like a defective unit? We have already replaced 2 others for various other problems and I'm hoping it's something I'm doing or overlooking. Thanks
