Hi Brett in Cincy,
I had the same problem and the people at Philips were not really helpful. At last I succeeded a few days ago.
Try this: Your router says your first DNS-adress, put this into the field in the editing mode.
This way it worked with my iPronto.
But I am not really sure about this.
