Problem seemingly solved. Uninstall iProntoEdit Run REGEDIT and remove complete entry in the registry under HKEY Current User/Software/Philips for iPronto (yes, they do leave stuff there even after an uninstall!) re-install and it works fine. Hope this helps someone. Jeremy
