You can sort your order on the website of Philips

www.pronto.philips.com) and login using your
credentials.Select in the iPronto section under
Products the EPG login. The device you have should
be in the list, otherwise enter the subscription.
Select Manage and you can change the channels
and the way they are sorted. Next time you update,
this should be activated.
Not sure if this is just me but I still can't work out how to sort this channels.
I've logged in and can change channels but cannot see any sort options??
I am resident in the UK and just wonder whether to sort option is not availible to Europeans??
