I absolutely agree with ruexp67. If it weren't for this restocking fee, and 15 day return window (From what I've gathered with the serious lack of documentation it could take this long just to get it configured, none-the-less tested on my system) I would have purchased one of these remotes already. If it does what they say it does then it's exactly what I have been looking for. The problem is that I've heard these stories before.

$15 shipping, $30 restocking, $15 shipping = $60 if the remote isn't "All that". Sorry, I just can't swallow this.

Loose the restocking fee and allow at least a 30 days to return it. If the product is truely as good as you say then why would someone return it.
