1. the phantom commands were fixed the way you said! Thanks.

2. For the 880 the order of the 'commands by device' in my Watch DVD activity are:
Sanyo DVD - the first device from the left, then
AV Receiver - the one on the right!??, then
TV - the device in the middle.

The only possible reason I can think of for this could be the fact that the TV doesn't have any 'hard' buttons listed so the order is based on those buttons first and then the custom button label buttons below (for which my TV has some listed).

EDIT: I just tried adding a command to the TV in the top 'hard button' section but the rest of the custom commands still came AFTER the receiver which was listed last...

I did put in a dummy command on same line and that worked, but for one only (a different dummy command is required for each command). My dummy command from the DVD player was actually not that dumb either and I had two things happening at once. How can I find DVD player commands that are actually not doing anything? For now, I taught the 'missing' TV commands commands to the DVD player and selected them. Works too but I little more time consuming.
