Hi Angel.
I use Apple Macs and have a TC30. I used to use the Haman/Kardon web site to configure my remote, but lately that appears no to allow me to login using Safari. Instead I use the same login details on Logitech's site and Can do whatever I want to do. It evens shows an exact picture of the TC30 when you go to reconfigure button layout.
You can download the software directly from the Logitech site once you have created an account.
I would ditch the HK software and just pretend you have a Logitech Harmony remote. It's all the same behind the scenes anyway. Logitech provide the engine etc. to drive the TC30 configuration.
Go to
[Link: tinyurl.com] to create a new Harmony account. If this URL doesn't appear here, just go to the Logitech site, select 'products' and go down to 'Harmony Remote'
Once you have created an account you can dowload the latest software by selecting 'Support' from the small-print menu at the very top of the screen.
Hope this helps.
