Not sure about the MAC OS ...I would think the Web Site should have something. For the sticker (yes, glued on WAY to strongly) after I peeled the paper layer off I used some wide clear tape (for packing) and just kept applying it to the screen and taking off. It pulled the glue residue right off after a few attempts. They really need something better than the sticker, just a plastic protector maybe.
