I just got my TC 30 today (I have an 880 as well).

I really am upset by HK's lack of support - no download section for the latest software on their web page. Their FAQs is blank - I'm pretty sure people have asked questions before - like where do I get the latest software. The Logitech 7 software seems to battle with the HK software even though they install in different directories. You can configure your devices with the logitech but it won't install the updates for me after I select them. I don't see a section in the HK software for updating the firmware.

Both Logitech and HK should have their lastest firmware posted on the drivers download page so you know what the current version is.

As for the remote - I really like the rubber buttons and it is nice and slim but I like the 880's hourglass figure for easy gripping. Both have advantages and disadvantages but HK's suppport page really SUCKS.
