That command should not have ANY difference between a quick press and a long press. So I think either I'm misunderstanding you, or you didn't test what you think you tested.

can you hack it further and add a delay to the
toggle code?
We almost always fail in attempts to get the NG model Prontos to extend signals, especially On/Off signals for projectors.
Maybe there is some sequence of commands that tells the projector to turn On or Off bypassing its need for an extended signal (some have menus with confirm steps).
