Yup,
I saw this one when the new models came out in Feb. To get around this with any IR remote, you need to...
Stack the discrete "on" code either 4 or 5 times (verify number on-site) - no delays - to get the panel to power all the way up.
This has fixed 100% percent of our systems that displayed this problem.
