Email or better yet call one4all. They may know a code you can try if your vcr is a brand new model made after the remote was made. Email them at [email protected]. Look on their web site for a phone number: www.oneforall.com then pick USA.

If you email, be patient. They have gotten back to me on every emailed question I've asked, but sometimes it has taken 2-3 weeks. That's why I recommend calling if you can find a number.
