The 151 and 66 fully tells what signal it is. As long as the Pronto hex was there anyway, I decoded it to make sure the 151 and 66 are correct.
The bad news is that I haven't found any UEI setup code for Sony device 151. The "advanced code" lets you specify the command (the 66) and select between the two device codes in each setup code, but there is no way to specify an arbitrary device number.
It's all easy with JP1, but unless I missed some setup code for device 151, it's quite impossible without JP1.
