That's a members only link and I don't have time to join at the moment.
If the Pronto code is inside a Pronto CCF file, there is a program (ccf2efc) that will give you the UEI advanced codes (EFCs). If the Pronto hex is just posted as hex, several of us here know how to manually translate.
