The Sagem box uses a pretty standard "NEC" IR code format, so your remote should be able to learn it. Are you following the instructions exactly? The Kameleon procedure is a little different. Because the EL display panel can generate electrical noise and interfere with the learning signal, it is important to wait until the display turns OFF before pressing the "teaching" button on your original remote. (That's the opposite of most other One-for-All and Radio Shack remote products). Also, don't forget to press the "home" icon twice at the end to exit programming mode. If you just let the unit time out and exit by itself, I'm not sure that it will save the learned data properly.
