These are the Pronto hex codes posted at the Philips website for some of the newer TV/Display's translated into EFC's for either TV_0054 or TV_1254 for the 2104 and TV_0054 ONLY in the 2116, as John has explained above.
These are all Philips RC5 protocol and there is a quirk in the way that protocol is implemented in OFA remotes. While there are 128 commands in RC5 for each device, each setup code can have up to 64 commands for up to three devices. TV_0054 has:
1) Device 0, commands 0 through 63 2) Device 3, commands 0 through 63 3) Device 0, commands 64 through 127
There are 256 EFC's, and in RC5 64 don't work, the other 192 correspond to the commands in 1) through 3)
Here are the translated commands. The first three digit number is device, the second is OBC, and the third is EFC. If the EFC says "not available" then without a JP1 cable and device upgrade, the command is not in this setup code. For TV_0054; device 3 commands, OBC's 64 through 127 are not available. Where I have denoted (Macro?), these were a series of commands under one button.
Keep in mind I don't have any Philips equipment and I don't know exactly what each of these models do but they appear to cover HDTV's, Projectors, and Plasma Panels. I have left the original labels from hte Pronto files:
