Damon and Mike, thanks you guys for all your help. Also, the other posters in this thread. Tried the battery removal, it worked, but only if I did a "new" with no devices, then partial download. Kept having errors until I tried my configuration, downloading it partially, closing mx editor, and then doing a full download. Still don't understand why this remote has those errors. Using a 2.8Ghz laptop with 1 gig of ram and the highly rated serial to usb converter (forgot the name). Anyway, all is good now. Thanks again!!
