Go into the system menu by pressing Main for about
10 seconds, then factory rest the remote. After
that, download an empty program to the remote.
After that is done, you should be able to download
your file.

Damon, tried holding down the "Main" button, but nothing happened. What am I doing wrong? Also, when you say empty program, do you mean "new" under the file menu of mx editor and just downloading this to the remote? Just want to make sure I'm following the great mind here! Thanks again!!
