gokumura: Sometimes the download does not properly overwrite the existing program. I'm not sure why it happens, but by resetting the remote and clearning the memory by downloading an empty program, this usually does the trick.

Tom: You are correct, but if the system is not clearing the memory properly, the resest button alone doesn't always do it. Sometimes it needs to be "forced" by downloading the empty program. I just like to recommend the slightly longer way first because it is often most effective and prevents having to go back and do it anyway. :)
