In order to use an MX-950 to control a Crestron control
system (via integrated Crestron IR receiver) I need to
load the MX with "RC-5" codes.

I don't know much about Crestron, but the above sounds improbable. Why do you think the Crestron IR receiver requires RC5 codes?

I've heard that Sharp uses (mostly?) RC-5 codes

Where did you hear nonsense like that? So far as I recall Sharp never or almost never uses RC5. Maybe I'm forgetting about some Sharp device using RC5, but I'm sure Sharp mainly uses their own IR protocol.

Anybody know where I can
get definitive RC-5 codes for this purpose.

Many of the built-in code sets of the MX-950 use RC5 protocol. I'm not sure what other constraints you have, and I'm not even convinced RC5 is what you really want. So it is probably premature to start listing which manufacturers and device types are most likely to be RC5.
