Thats one of the main issues with the URC line...RF interference. They have been trying to improve it and getting better. Try moving the Antenna and make sure the ID is not on 0, also search the threads in the other URC forum at the top of the page, there are several things other people have done to modify the RFX antennas to make them work correctly

We fixed several systems by replacing them with a different brand that works

several people have found that installing a RF choke on the antenna has cured the problem, and others have gone in and modified the antenna boards with capacitors.

I think just moving the antenna will cure 90% of the issues your having
