My parents just redid their family room A/V set up. They got a MX-3000 to control everything (via RF) but are having interference issues. The complain that when they press a button sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. I don't live nearby and I'm not familiar w/ the MX-3000, being a Pronto guy myself, and only IR at that. I don't really know if their installer knows what he's doing so I'm hoping maybe some of you here have some ideas.
The equipment used is:
Sony 46XBR4 TV
Onkyo SR-605 Receiver
DTV H20 box
Philips DVP 5982 DVD player
Could any of these be creating the interference?
