HI EVERYONE,
I HAVE JUST GOT A 50" LG PLASMA WITH "CableCARD" FEATURE. this feature allows you to directly plug in the cable from selected cable TV providers with out the need to go through the set top box.

My question is does this work with the AUSTRALIAN pay tv service "FOXTEL"?
(by the way FOXTEL is digital!)

And how do you control the features of the pay tv service if it is not connected to a cabke box?, eg settings, channels ect. where are you meant o point the control to?

Can you please how this "CableCARD" feature works in depth anyone?
