I sent you a long email on your project, let me know if it does the job. I think the buzz word for most homeowners is seamless, in the background, and no hassle control, energy management. Customers don't want anything for the most part that they have to think about, or have to figure out how to operate. If they have to deal with anything it's just another pain and maintenance issue.
