If I'm not mistaken. The RF problem everybody has been screaming about is probably caused by weak signal being sent out by the remote transmitter or it could have been a defective lens (make by sub-contracting companies) on the remote. It may very well be a software problem of not encoding the RF value correctly before the signal get send. But what's that got to do with Windows 98? Further more, I don't think anybody from HK, Madrigal or Microsoft is forcing this down on anybody's throat. If you don't like this product, simply stating the defficiencies would work for the majority of the audients in this forum.
