Just to defend TC1000 - seems to work pretty well, tho' a bit slow. Very easy to get initial set-up going, even for novice, but fine-tuning as always gets a bit more involved. Thumb-wheel is a really neat feature.

Not tried Pronto, maybe it's better but TC1000 works very well (certainly better then seven remotes I had before.....)
