I looked at the IRIQ at a local dealership in Louisiana and disliked it so much, its pathetic IR range, lack of freedom to layout buttons (fixed-grid), and the glare on the screen combined with small gfonts that I decided to buy the Pronto which I had never physically handled. When my Pronto arrived the day after Christmas I was delighted! The unit is wonderful and I have experienced no problems since its purchase. Gee I love my PRONTO!
